Auchrannie View is a beautifully appointed four bedroom villa situated just half a mile from Brodick village on the Isle of Arran. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and golf course and is particularly suited to two families sharing or larger groups.

  •  This is a non-smoking property.

  • Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels – towels can be hired for a small additional charge. Please order before arrival.

  • One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement, but please ensure on leaving that there is no trace of your dog left behind, particularly in the garden.  We would also request you not to allow your dog on the furniture or beds.  Please bring dog’s feeding bowls, towels and bedding with you.

  • Travel cot and high chair are provided in this property. Please bring linen if you intend to use the cot.

  • Change over day is Saturday. However we offer flexibility of changeover day during the off-season.

If guests are bringing their cars to Arran, it is advisable to book the ferry well in advance, particularly during peak holiday periods.

The Brodick to Ardrossan Ferry Terminal and bus station are located at Brodick pier. Buses run at times to coincide with the Ferry.

Accommodation Details:

DOWNSTAIRS  

  • There is a useful porch and large inner hall.

  • The kitchen, dining-room and lounge are open plan and overlook the garden.

  • The lounge is modern and light with electric fire and comfortable seating. There is a 42" flat screen TV, DVD and video player. The spacious dining area can comfortably seat eight people and has French doors leading to decking area.

  • There are two downstairs bedrooms, one double next to the main bathroom with shower over the bath. The other has two single beds and en-suite shower room.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, separate freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample cupboard storage space.

 

 

 

 

 

UPSTAIRS  

  • A most attractive feature is the large galleried landing with French doors leading to the balcony and providing an additional relaxed seating area with 32" flat screen TV and DVD player.

  • There are two upstairs bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both have spacious en-suite shower rooms.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

Central heating is oil fired, the property is fully double glazed and can receive incoming telephone calls.

The garden has a large lawned area and is enclosed by a sturdy fence.
